Introduction to Crystal healing and Chakra workshop .

Learn about the 7 main chakras and their roles within the body and how they affect our spirit , mental , emotional and physical well being .

Together as a group will explore the benefits and healing powers of crystals , how they affect our energetic field and which crystals are suitable for different types of healing.

By the end of the workshop you will have have a good understanding of how crystals work and how to implement them in to everyday life and continue your journey towards living a positive energy balanced life.

We will begin the day with a short yoga session, followed by an interactive discussion
